Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Associate role is based at Budds' BMW Hamilton in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients in the showroom, over the phone, and via email to understand their needs and recommend appropriate BMW vehicles and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations and test drives, preparing and explaining pricing and financing options, and guiding clients through the sales and delivery process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up with leads, and building long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. The Sales Associate will collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless, premium client experience consistent with the Budds' BMW standard.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, including prospecting, needs assessment, negotiation, and closing, preferably in automotive or other consultative sales environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused approach and the capacity to build long-term relationships.
• Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, email, video communication tools, and basic office applications.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced showroom environment.
• Knowledge or strong interest in automotive products, features, and financing options; BMW brand familiarity is an asset.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by dealership operations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and eligibility to work on-site in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.
• Previous dealership or retail sales experience is preferred; training will be provided for motivated candidates with transferable skills.
