We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer (L1) to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure smooth operation of client IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Desktop & End-User Support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Resolve user incidents and service requests within defined timelines.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
Network Support
- Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP issues.
- Configure and support switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Perform LAN cable crimping, RJ45 termination, and cable testing.
- Assist in network monitoring and basic firewall management.
Active Directory & User Administration
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts.
- Manage user permissions, shared folders, and group policies.
- Support password resets and access management activities.
Microsoft & Email Support
- Configure Microsoft Outlook and email accounts.
- Troubleshoot email delivery, synchronization, and connectivity issues.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office applications and Windows environments.
Printer & Peripheral Management
- Install and configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and network printing issues.
- Manage printer sharing and access permissions.
Security & System Maintenance
- Install and manage antivirus solutions.
- Perform Windows updates and patch management.
- Assist with backup and recovery operations.
- Follow IT security policies and best practices.
Vendor & Asset Management
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and service providers for issue resolution.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Track hardware warranties, repairs, and replacements.

Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.
- Experience working at customer locations or in managed service environments will be preferred.
- Exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure and networking is an advantage.
