BT Interiors and Exteriors is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, coordinate administrative activities, and support project teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, maintain records, manage staff coordination, and assist management in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain office records, files, contracts, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Monitor office supplies and manage procurement requirements.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and project coordination activities.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
- Support HR functions including attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Maintain petty cash records and coordinate with the accounts department.
- Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare periodic management reports and maintain MIS records.
Required Qualifications
- 12th pass or above.
- 0–1 years of experience in office administration or office management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
