We are seeking a Client Relations Administrator to join our dynamic team, for a contract position In this role, you will manage the daily service delivery activities for the assigned clients. You will maintain excellent service delivery by processing administrative tasks relating to billing, processing reports, and using basic project management skills to drive progress and meet deadlines. This is a temporary contract position expected to last approximately 6 months, with the possibility of going permanent. This is a hybrid role, which means you will work remotely from home for 3 days of the week, and go into the office 2 days per week. Responsibilities: Maintain exceptional client relationships by leading investigations, and successfully resolving any service, delivery, or billing issues Responsible for planning surrounding daily, month-end, and annual production runs; this includes ensuring material is available, providing production with volumes and instructions, attending production planning meetings, communicating progress to the client, and providing any reporting back to client May participate in the planning and presenting at quarterly reviews with the client Work with client and internal resources to implement client changes, including such administrative tasks billing, processing items, running and sending reports May have face to face interactions with clients Identifies and participates in meetings to implement process improvements Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Client Services role is required A minimum of an associates degree, or equivalent experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills Knowledge of Project Management: planning, scheduling, following up on items from various internal teams, time management skills and meeting deadlines, driving progress Ability to work well on a team across multiple departments and seniority levels Financial industry knowledge is a plus Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive and high-pressure environment, and ability to work under tight deadlines The pay rate for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
