Senior Leasing Agent – High Performer (Residential Portfolio)

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Leasing Agent to join our team and drive occupancy across a portfolio of residential apartments ranging from affordable housing to mid-market units.

You’ll work with a steady flow of inbound leads and be responsible for guiding prospects through to signed leases efficiently and consistently.

This role is best suited for someone who is confident, organized, and motivated by results.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to inbound leasing inquiries and convert them into signed leases
• Conduct property tours and clearly present units, pricing, and next steps
• Build rapport quickly with prospects from diverse backgrounds
• Maintain strong follow-up to move prospects through the pipeline
• Track leads, showings, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth tenant onboarding
• Meet and exceed leasing targets

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in leasing, real estate, or sales (high-volume environments preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to close and manage a pipeline effectively
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Organized, responsive, and accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven role
• Experience working with diverse communities is an asset

Requirements

• References required
• Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Availability for evenings/weekends as needed
