Overview

In this role, you will lead and expand the Machine Learning team to drive the development and deployment of AI technologies within our product suite.

Description

  • Lead and expand the Machine Learning team, driving the development and deployment of AI technologies within our product suite.
  • Ensure the design and implementation of ML solutions are in full compliance with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management, to integrate ML models seamlessly into our digital health solutions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and adherence to best practices in machine learning and data security.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technology in machine learning and apply this knowledge to tackle complex problems in innovative ways.
  • Provide technical and career mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of machine learning projects from conception to deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on machine learning.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning/data science, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
  • Proficient in deep learning techniques and algorithms with a proven track record of implementing them in a production environment that drives business impacts.
  • Good understanding of MLOps and managing ML model lifecycles.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages and familiarity with ML frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their ML capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
  • Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and its implications for data processing and machine learning in healthcare is a plus.
