As a People Data Analyst at the British Council in Noida, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a major transformation programme. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end delivery of people plans through data collection, analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Acting as the single point of contact for people data within each change programme.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, People Solutions, and project teams to ensure data readiness.
  • Analyzing spans and layers, organizational impacts, and design options to support decision-making.
  • Preparing consultation materials and ensuring data accuracy for organizational design boards and trade union engagement.
  • Maintaining high standards of data quality, privacy, and governance in line with global policies.
  • Tracking as-is and to-be data for implementation, including roles, cost centers, and requisitions.
  • Utilizing tools like Excel, SuccessFactors, and Power BI to extract, process, and present data.
  • Supporting the development of scalable, insight-driven products that meet workforce intelligence standards.

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience managing people data in a change or transformation context.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms (desirable).
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to communicate complex data in an engaging, inclusive way.
  • Understanding of project methodologies and digital tools.
  • Commitment to data privacy, equity, and ethical data use.
