Responsibilities

  • Connect with and onboard new customers while building meaningful relationships
  • Deliver engaging product and service demos that drive value for customers
  • Take ownership of your assigned territory and track success using Salesforce CRM
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to maintain a competitive edge
  • Represent clients with integrity, professionalism, and authenticity
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Conduct in-person outreach within assigned territories

Qualifications

  • Growth mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 0–3 years in a customer-facing role
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
  • Team-oriented, collaborative approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Details:

  • Employment Type: Direct hire, W-2
  • Compensation: Base pay + performance incentives (specific pay discussed during interview)
  • Industry/Product: Selling AT&T TV, Internet, and phone services
  • Sales Model: In-person/face-to-face sales in an assigned residential territory
  • Territory: Local Chicagoland neighborhoods
  • Schedule: Full-time, in person, Monday–Friday (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
