Responsibilities
- Connect with and onboard new customers while building meaningful relationships
- Deliver engaging product and service demos that drive value for customers
- Take ownership of your assigned territory and track success using Salesforce CRM
- Monitor market and competitor trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Represent clients with integrity, professionalism, and authenticity
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close
- Conduct in-person outreach within assigned territories
Qualifications
- Growth mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 0–3 years in a customer-facing role
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Team-oriented, collaborative approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Details:
- Employment Type: Direct hire, W-2
- Compensation: Base pay + performance incentives (specific pay discussed during interview)
- Industry/Product: Selling AT&T TV, Internet, and phone services
- Sales Model: In-person/face-to-face sales in an assigned residential territory
- Territory: Local Chicagoland neighborhoods
- Schedule: Full-time, in person, Monday–Friday (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
- Growth: Clear path for advancement into leadership and director roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
