Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

Backend Developer

with strong proficiency in

Golang& Java or Python

to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to build secure, resilient, and cloud‑ready services that support mission‑critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain

backend services, APIs, and microservices

using Golang, Java and Python

  • Develop

RESTful and/or event‑driven APIs

with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code following best engineering practices
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement fixes
  • Implement secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and data protection standards
  • Participate in

code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions

  • Support CI/CD pipelines and work closely with DevOps teams for deployments and monitoring
  • Contribute to documentation, technical standards, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years

of backend development experience using

Golang& Java, or Python

  • Strong understanding of

data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented design

  • Experience building and consuming

REST APIs

and backend services

  • Hands‑on experience with

relational and/or NoSQL databases

(e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

  • Familiarity with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Experience with

version control systems

(Git)

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Experience with

microservices architecture

and distributed systems

  • Knowledge of

Docker, Kubernetes

, and containerized deployments

  • Exposure to

event streaming or messaging systems

(Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)

  • Experience with

CI/CD tools

(GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

  • Understanding of

observability

(logging, monitoring, tracing)

  • Experience working in

Agile / Scrum

environments

  • Prior experience in regulated or enterprise‑scale environments is a plus
