Jewelry Lead - San Antonio, TX  Our Jewelry Leads provide an exceptional experience for every Brilliant Earth customer. As a Jewelry Consultant Lead, you will guide the customer through the life of the sale through our engaging sales platforms, as well as provide mentorship and guidance to teammates. These team members assist our customers in finding their best jewelry match from our luxury product line. font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Participate in mentorship and training programs, providing dedicated support and guidance to new and existing Jewelry Consultants. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Act as Assistant Manager on site, as needed, including but not limited to: assigning appointments, scheduling and sales dashboard oversight, and escalation management.  </li> </ul> What You Have:   <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">1+ years of demonstrated high-achieving performance in a sales-based retail position (luxury and/or omni-channel experience, preferred) </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
