About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Coding Tutors to teach programming and computer science fundamentals to students aged 6–16 years across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive online 1:1 or small-group coding classes for kids and teens (6–16 years) via Zoom.
• Deliver sessions aligned with the curriculum, assessments, projects, and certification standards.
• Drive strong learning outcomes by improving students’ problem-solving skills, logical thinking, creativity, and coding proficiency.
• Conduct periodic Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) with a target Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9+.
• Share detailed learner feedback and progress reports with internal teams after each class.
• Contribute to curriculum improvements, internal reviews, and educator training initiatives.
• Maintain professionalism, timely communication, and high classroom engagement.
• Track student performance and recommend customized learning pathways.

Skills & Requirements

• Undergraduate degree completed (B.Tech/B.E, BCA, B.Sc CS/IT, MCA, M.Tech, or similar fields preferred).
• Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Python, Scratch, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, C++, Robotics basics, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage young learners in a fun and structured manner.
• Comfortable conducting live online classes using Zoom or similar platforms.
• Strong logical reasoning and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• High-speed internet connection and a laptop/PC with a functional webcam and microphone.
• Prior teaching or EdTech experience is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Work Structure & Perks

Compensation

Earn up to ₹40,000 per month, based on the number of classes conducted and performance metrics.
