Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Experince supporting IC customers in data/technology-driven environments
• Ability to bridge technical teams and operational stakeholders (translator between mission & IT)
• Experience working across enterprise tools

•

• Desired: WordPress, Confluence, Jira, Tableau and/or Power BI, SharePoint
• Experience integrating commercial platforms with custom data systems

•

• Desired: Palantir, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or AWS
• Experience designing and implementing workflow automation solutions
• Ability to design dashboards and reporting solutions (both executive-level decision support & operational analysis)
• Proficiency in scripting/automation languages

•

• Desired: Python, Powershell, or Bash
• Proficiency in front-end development languages

•

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
• Ability to gather requirements, document systems/processes, and deliver user training
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stand up new systems or processes from scratch
• Experience providing tier-one support and driving user adoption of new technology solution

Desired Qualifications:

• Kibana/ElasticSearch
• SQL
• Adobe (Photoshop & Illustrator)
