  • Setting product performance metrics and driving improvements for customer experience and operational excellence
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise effective solutions and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Leveraging financial insights to guide product management strategies and refine product offerings based on market research
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Own the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with design and engineering teams to identify market trends and develop strategies for product differentiation and competitive positioning. (30%)
  • Manage the prioritization and delivery of large-scale product features, guide product improvements, define business requirements, and ensure adherence to security policies and controls. (25%)
  • Set product performance metrics, conduct ongoing analysis, and drive improvements for customer experience and operational excellence. (20%)
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to devise effective solutions, showcasing innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and lead with strategic and analytical expertise. (15%)
  • Leverage financial insights to guide product management strategies, analyzing key business drivers to refine product offerings based on market research. Conduct thorough analysis to identify and prioritize new product opportunities. (10%)
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Information Technology, or Computer Science
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product owner, business analysis, information technology, or related areas
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Master's Degree in Business Management, Systems, Product Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Certificate in Product Management like CAPM or Equivalent
  • Experience in bringing new products to market, preferably in a startup or fintech environment
  • Product Management experience in financial services, payment services, online and mobile platforms, or digital and tech platforms
