Manufacturing Engineer for Continuous Improvement

Drive efficiency in manufacturing as a dedicated Engineer specializing in upfitting. Work collaboratively across departments to optimize processes and enhance product quality through innovative designs.

In this role, you will work closely with the Shop manager and vendor installation teams to refine upfitting workflows. Your focus will be on maximizing efficiency by analyzing equipment layouts and assembly methods while employing lean manufacturing practices. You’ll manage projects from inception through execution and create documentation for standard operating procedures.
