AI Creative Designer & Video Producer

About the Role -

We are looking for a fast, self-driven, and creatively sharp AI-powered Designer & Video Producer to join our team. You should be able to take a campaign brief and deliver scroll-stopping visuals, reels, and videos within hours. You must be genuinely passionate about AI tools, constantly experimenting with what’s new, and proactively bringing the latest capabilities into your daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Design political posters, banners, and social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp campaigns.

2. Produce short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, and campaign ads — from concept to final output — independently and at speed.

3. Use AI tools for image generation, voiceovers, subtitles, video enhancement, and content creation at scale.

4. Monitor trending content formats and viral campaign styles across platforms and adapt them proactively for ongoing campaigns.

5. Deliver multiple creative variations for different platforms and formats to support campaign A/B testing.

6. Continuously research and test newly released AI tools — stay updated every week and integrate the best ones into your workflow without being asked.

7. Work efficiently under campaign pressure and tight deadlines — sometimes delivering finished content within a few hours of a brief.

Required Skills -

1. Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools — Midjourney, ChatGPT Image, Adobe Firefly, FLUX, Leonardo AI, Nano Banana (Gemini), etc.

2. Working knowledge of AI video generation tools — Veo 3, Seedance 2.0, Kling 3.0, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, etc.

3. knowledges of video editing software — Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

4. Strong prompting skills — ability to get consistent, high-quality, campaign-specific results from AI models.

5. Deep understanding of social media content formats, platform algorithms, and engagement patterns.

6. Self-learning mindset — must actively follow AI tool launches and updates weekly, independently.

Preferred Qualifications -

1. Prior experience in political campaigns, election media, or social cause campaigns.

2. Familiarity with Hindi or regional language content — captions, voiceovers, and locally relevant visuals.

3. Understanding of what makes content perform — not just look good.

4. Strong portfolio showing creative range and speed. Mandatory — applications without work samples will not be reviewed.
