Experience: 3+ years in building construction / infrastructure projects

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Civil Engineering OR Diploma Civil with 5+ years exp

Reports to: Project Manager / Construction Manager

Industry: Construction Residential / Commercial / Institutional projectsJob SummaryManage day-to-day execution of civil works at site. Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and within timelines. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Supervision – 60%Execute all civil works: excavation, PCC, RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, finishing as per GFC drawingsMark layout, check levels, set out columns/footings using auto level/total stationSupervise contractors & labour for shuttering, bar bending, concreting. Ensure proper curingMonitor daily progress vs plan. Take corrective action for delays
• Quality & Compliance – 20%Check material quality: cement, steel, sand, aggregates, bricks before use. Collect test cubesEnsure workmanship as per IS codes & project specs. Maintain QA/QC checklistsCoordinate with third-party/QC team for cube testing, material testingEnsure safety compliance: PPE for all workers, scaffolding safety, housekeeping
• Documentation & Reporting – 15%Maintain site records: Daily Progress Report, Pour Card, Hindrance Register, Labour RegisterPrepare RA bills for contractors – joint measurement with QS teamTrack material consumption vs theoretical. Report wastage/shortage to PMSubmit daily photos + progress update to HO by 7 PM
• Coordination – 5%Liaise with electrical, plumbing, HVAC teams for civil cutouts/sleevesAttend client/consultant site meetings. Close site observationsHandle local issues: water, power, village permissions with admin support

Skills RequiredTechnical: Strong in reading structural + architectural drawings, bar bending schedule, IS codes for RCCTools: Auto Level, measuring tape, basic Total Station. MS Excel for DPR/BBS, WhatsApp for reportingSite Knowledge: PEB buildings, footing types, waterproofing, brick/block work, plasteringSoft Skills: Labour handling, contractor management, decision making under pressure

Must Have: ready for 7:00 AM site timing, stay at Husnabad/Siddipet or nearbyProject Details – HusnabadTypical projects in Husnabad: G+2 to G+5 residential, school buildings, small commercial, government works.
