Role Overview:
As an Information Security GRC consultant reporting to the Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Manager, you will collaborate with various product and technology teams to enhance and enforce Bottomline's information security posture. Your primary responsibility will be to establish trust and confidence among clients regarding the information security practices. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates and security frameworks such as SWIFT, NACHA, PCI, NIST, and GLBA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Governance:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and enhance information security policies, standards, and processes to align with regulatory requirements and security frameworks like SWIFT, NACHA, PCI, NIST, and GLBA.
- Execute governance routines and reporting to verify adherence to mandated policies and standards.
- Risk Management:
- Create and maintain a control library encompassing enterprise-wide controls and product-specific controls.
- Manage the risk register by tracking, prioritizing, and reporting risks, including issues and risk acceptances.
- Process risk acceptances ensuring appropriate ratings with adequate mitigating controls.
- Compliance:
- Coordinate assessments to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations and industry requirements such as SWIFT, NACHA, PCI, NIST, and GLBA.
- Client Support:
- Evaluate and present the information security posture to customers by fulfilling requests for information, reviewing contract language, and completing due diligence questionnaires.
- Education and Awareness:
- Develop and deliver information security awareness and training initiatives.
Qualification Required:
- 6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and Risk Management.
- Bachelors degree.
- Profound understanding of regulations and industry requirements including SWIFT, NACHA, PCI, NIST, and GLBA.
