Manufacturing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing principles, and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and train production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor production processes and equipment to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, forecast needs, and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing management role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools for process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
