About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Payroll Executive with strong hands-on experience in salary processing, payroll calculations, attendance management, deductions, and employee payout coordination. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in handling end-to-end payroll operations in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Salary Processing

• Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees
• Calculate salaries based on attendance, late marks, leaves, holidays, incentives, and company payroll policies
• Process salary deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and adjustments accurately
• Coordinate payroll inputs with HR and management teams
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and payout processing
• Maintain employee salary records, payroll sheets, and payout documentation
• Verify attendance data, leave records, and payroll calculations before processing

Employee Payroll Coordination

• Resolve employee payroll-related queries and discrepancies
• Coordinate with employees regarding salary structures, deductions, and payout details
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in payroll operations
• Support onboarding and exit settlement payroll processes

Banking & Payment Operations

• Manage salary transfers and employee payout coordination through banking portals
• Coordinate online transactions, payment processing, and fund transfers
• Monitor payroll-related banking activities and transaction status

Payroll Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare payroll summaries, salary reports, and payout records
• Maintain payroll-related documentation for internal tracking and audits
• Ensure proper maintenance of salary data and payroll records

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing and salary calculations
• Good understanding of attendance-based salary structures and payroll deductions
• Knowledge of reimbursement processing, leave calculations, and payroll coordination
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential employee payroll information responsibly
• Good coordination and communication skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field

Candidates with prior experience handling payroll operations for corporate offices, institutes, or service-based organizations will have an added advantage.
