Foreign Military Sales AnalystThe Opportunity:
As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.
As a space security cooperation professional, you'll bring your space operations expertise to work on projects for the defense security cooperation enterprise. You'll support the integration of international partners across all space missions and support engagements with other defense components such as combatant commands. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and opportunities to deepen interoperability with key allies and partners.
You'll guide the work we do for the defense security cooperation enterprise and the solutions we deliver to integrate international partners into space mission areas.

You Have:
- 4+ years of experience performing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development, programming, and implementation, including DoD acquisition policies, laws, regulations, and guidance
- 2+ years of experience with Security Cooperation, Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), or Implementing Agency (IA)
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience as a DSCA Country Team Lead or Regional Lead
- Experience engaging international partners
- Experience as a military or civilian US DoD staff member
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree in International Affairs or National Security
- Completion of Professional Military Education through the Intermediate Developmental O4 level

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
