Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT)

$26 – $38 per hour, with flexible schedules. Up to $4,000 sign‑on bonus. “Practice at the top of your license,” focus on patient care, and work alongside a supportive team.

Salary & Compensation

• Competitive Pay: $26 – $38 per hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differential: Up to $8 per hour
• Team‑Based Profit Sharing Bonus: When the clinic exceeds its daily revenue goal, earnings go into a shared bonus pool that can bring additional $250 per month or more

What You’ll Do

• Patient handling and husbandry
• Client education and partnership
• Surgical and dental nursing, including anesthesia management
• Diagnostic management and medication administration
• Emergency triage and response
• Detailed medical record keeping

You’ll collaborate with veterinarians and nurses across the region, participate in monthly educational events, and use innovative technology — including AI‑assisted tools and the Apple Vision Pro — that reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience as a veterinary technician
• Newly licensed technicians encouraged to apply
• Preferred certifications: CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT
