Operational Excellence Quality Supervisor

Drive quality assurance and operational success as a dedicated Quality Supervisor. Oversee team management, quality processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high standards. In this supervisory role, you will lead a team of 15 to 25 employees, focusing on quality support and production logistics.

Effective communication and a proactive approach are key to resolving issues, motivating your team, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will also conduct training and evaluate employee performance to foster skill development. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate union employees in quality
• Coordinate quality support with production teams
• Manage documentation and standardization processes
• Report on key operational performance indicators
• Ensure ongoing training and development for employees Requirements:
• Degree in engineering or related field preferred
• Extensive experience in quality management concepts
• Strong problem-solving and management capabilities
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Bilingual communication skills in English and French Champion quality and leadership in your team through effective oversight and strategic planning.
