About Role

Bolster.ai is seeking a Senior Manager for the Trust & Safety team with over 10+ years of experience, including a minimum of 7 years in managing support, trust & safety or cybersecurity teams.

As a Trust & Safety manager, you will lead and manage the SOC operations. Your team will be responsible for maintaining customer data quality, training AI models, and suspending phishing and fraud on the web, social media, and app stores across the internet. You are metrics-driven and focused on implementing strategies that help support Bolster's expanding customer base. You will contribute directly to the growing capabilities of our industry-leading AI-based products.

This role goes beyond traditional SOC operations and requires expertise in identifying, analyzing, and mitigatingexternal threats such as phishing, impersonation, and online brand abuse.
