About UsBody Restore is a wellness and personal care brand doing ~$25 M in annual revenue. We're the #1 shower steamer brand on Amazon with 60 K+ reviews and growing across Target, Walmart, Tik Tok Shop, and our own D2 C Shopify store. We're a lean, fast-moving team that punches well above our weight — and we're looking for someone who operates the same way. The Role
We're hiring a Conversion Optimization Specialist to own split testing and listing optimization across both our Amazon and D2 C (Shopify) channels. This is a hybrid role — you'll build and run A/B tests on Shopify landing pages using Replo while also optimizing Amazon product listings for new launches and underperforming SKUs.
You'll work alongside our CRO agency on D2 C strategy and coordinate directly with the CEO on Amazon optimization. This isn't a \"make it pretty\" role — it's a data-driven position where you form hypotheses, build tests, read results, and iterate fast. What You'll Do D2 C / Shopify (≈80%)
Build high-converting landing pages in Replo for paid traffic (Meta, Tik Tok, Google)
Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages
Coordinate with our CRO agency on test roadmaps and learnings
Build and test subscription-focused landing pages and flows (SKIO integration)
Set up proper conversion tracking — GA4 events, UTMs, attribution tools
Own post-click conversion rate as a core KPI Amazon (≈20%)
Run A/B tests via Manage Your Experiments on titles, hero images, bullet points, and A+ content
Optimize listings for new product launches following our launch SOP
Audit and improve underperforming SKUs with data-backed recommendations
Use Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and Business Reports to identify conversion opportunities
Coordinate with design on image testing and A+ content iterations
Support seasonal/holiday listing optimization across the catalog Cross-Channel
Maintain a testing calendar and log of all active/completed experiments with results
Build a shared knowledge base of what converts — insights that apply across both channels
Report weekly on active tests, statistical significance, and next moves Who You AreMust-haves:
2–4 years of hands-on CRO or conversion optimization experience in e-commerce / D2 C
Proficiency building landing pages in Replo (or strong experience with Shogun, Gem Pages, or similar Shopify page builders — Replo-specific experience strongly preferred)
Experience designing and running A/B tests with statistical rigor — you know when to call a test and when to let it run
Comfort with analytics tools: GA4, Google Optimize (or equivalent), Shopify analytics
Strong design sense — you can build a clean, high-converting page without needing a designer for every iteration
Self-starter who operates independently with minimal direction Strong-to-haves:
Amazon experience (Manage Your Experiments, A+ content, listing optimization) — or demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly
Experience with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar)
Familiarity with subscription commerce (SKIO, Recharge, or similar)
Background in wellness, beauty, or CPG categories
Experience with Klaviyo or email/SMS conversion optimization What We Offer
