Location: 917, 9th Floor, Sankalp 3 B, Near Taj Skyline Hotel, Sindhu Bhawan Road, Ahmedabad.
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000/- month
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary
BMR Impex is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator & Accounts Assistant to manage daily office operations, financial documentation, and project support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meticulous record-keeping, basic accounting assistance, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Expense & Accounts Management: Maintain accurate records of all office expenditures in Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare and manage payment vouchers for every expenditure.
- Coordinate with the CA to provide necessary documentation and account details.
- Manage office payments and track billing information.
- Administrative Support:
- Organize and file all physical and digital documents provided by senior management.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for bills and company records.
- Draft and manage professional email correspondence with clients.
- Procurement & Inventory:
- Monitor office supplies and order essential items as needed.
- Manage vendor payments and ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Research & Projects:
- Conduct research on various topics and company projects as assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (Written & Verbal).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and professional email drafting.
- Accounts Knowledge: Basic understanding of vouchers, billing, and accounting support.
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple files and tasks efficiently.
