  • Capability in defining, analyzing, and mapping technology business requirements

  • Knowledge of Test Driven Development practices
  • Understanding of the system development lifecycle

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ป Your responsibilities are:

  • Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, collaborating with functional teams to convert requirements into features
  • Manage development teams and processes
  • Conduct software testing and maintain applications
  • Translate user needs into technical specifications by understanding and facilitating user requirements
  • Analyze, develop, test, and implement new software programs and document the entire software development process
  • Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot, and rectify faults in core software components
  • Ensure adherence to security, logging, error handling, performance standards, and non-functional requirements
  • Assess new technologies for compatibility with existing systems and their effects on processes, data, and risk
  • Follow release management processes and apply version control
  • Assist in interpreting and documenting client requirements
  • Primarily focus on our business/group with potential for broader enterprise-wide engagement
  • Use judgment to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within established guidelines
  • Work independently on a variety of complex tasks, potentially involving unique situations
  • Perform additional duties or accountabilities as assigned
