As an Associate Account Manager at BMC Helix, you will play a crucial role in driving market demand within prestigious enterprise customers and new logo accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary quota carrier for driving new business within growth enterprise accounts, working with Sales Teams to build an effective pipeline and execute a value-selling process while continuously exceeding targets.
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers and prospects throughout the full sales cycle, supported by a top-talented, full ecosystem dedicated to BMC's core strategy: Customer Centricity.
- Driving sales within assigned enterprise-level accounts by developing pipeline generation plans, account strategies, relationship mapping, managing the opportunity pipeline, and generating investment plans.
- Managing and growing relationships between BMC and each client to uncover new opportunities and drive profitable growth.
- Representing BMC as a trusted brand ambassador both internally and externally, building confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
- Engaging in continuous learning, participating in global projects, and innovating solutions to everyday business challenges.
