Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-oriented Performance Marketer (PPC) who can independently manage campaigns, handle client communication, and drive measurable growth across paid and organic channels.

Core Skillset (Non-Negotiable)

 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing

 Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)

 Working knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads

 Experience in organic social media management (SMO) including planning & posting

 Basic understanding of SEO to align paid and organic strategies

 Experience in client handling, communication, and coordination

 Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously

 Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) tracking & setup

 Experience with Google Merchant Center

Key Responsibilities & KRAs

 Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google and social platforms

 Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative

 Track and improve KPIs like leads, conversions, CPA, and ROI

 Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars

 Write engaging captions, hashtags, and content copies

 Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely and consistent posting

 Handle end-to-end client communication including updates and feedback

 Share performance reports, insights, and recommendations with clients

 Monitor and improve campaign performance and social engagement

 Take complete ownership of assigned accounts, timelines, and results

 Work proactively and independently to resolve campaign issues
