**Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst**

  • *Location**: Burnaby, BC (Onsite / Hybrid)
  • *About the Role**

We are hiring two **Salesforce Administrators / Business Analysts** to support business teams—primarily the **Customer Experience (CX)** organization—at our client site. This role involves working closely with US-based stakeholders to manage Salesforce operations, ensure data integrity, and drive business process improvements. The position is **onsite/hybrid**, requiring regular presence in our Burnaby office.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce Admin for assigned business teams, managing user setup, permissions, and configurations.
  • Support daily operations by troubleshooting Salesforce issues and maintaining data accuracy across key objects (Opportunities, Quotes, etc.).
  • Collaborate with CX and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Configure automations using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Conduct periodic data audits and cleanup activities to maintain data quality.
  • Document processes, configurations, and system changes.
  • Provide proactive end-user support, training, and communication to improve adoption.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify and implement process and system improvements.
  • *Required Qualifications**
  • 3+ years of experience as a **Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst**.
  • Strong hands-on experience with **Salesforce Service Cloud**; working knowledge of Sales Cloud (Opportunities, Quotes).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
  • Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot Salesforce data, including bulk updates.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with distributed (US-based) business teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • **Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)** certification preferred.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience with **Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud**.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and data migration best practices.
  • Experience in **Agile** environments and use of project management tools.
  • *Work Schedule & Expectations**
  • **Hybrid model**: Primarily onsite in Burnaby, with some flexibility for remote work.
  • Must be available during standard business hours and able to align with US time zones for key meetings.
  • Occasional flexibility required for urgent issue resolution outside standard hours.

Pay: $74,358.00-$79,265.00 per year
