Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to drive business growth across SME/Startup accounts as well as Large Customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for territory development, customer acquisition, account management, and revenue growth through Bluechip’s portfolio of digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy covering SME, startup, and large enterprise segments.
- Identify and acquire new customers in the assigned territory through direct engagement, networking, and channel partners.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal preparation, negotiations, and closures.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers in SMEs, startups, and large enterprises.
- Collaborate with technical/presales teams to deliver demos, presentations, and proof of concepts.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of sales pipeline through CRM.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging customer needs.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or Business; MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B solution/technology sales.
- Strong exposure to selling into SME/startup ecosystem as well as large enterprise accounts.
- Good understanding of CAD/CAE/PLM, IoT, AR/VR, Cloud, or digital transformation solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask across different customer segments and manage territory independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
