We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 14-week contract assignment at Larkin Chase Center. This is a new opening, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and patient-focused environment.

Shift Details:

• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily living and functional abilities
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance independence and quality of life
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license (as required by state)
• Previous clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
