Sr. Executive- Leasing

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing the leasing strategy to achieve targeted occupancy and rental income.
• Conduct market research to identify potential tenants, rental trends, and competitor activities.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process including inquiries, property showings, negotiations, and lease documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with the legal team for review, finalization, and execution of lease agreements.
• Ensure timely renewal of expiring leases and handle lease termination formalities.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, agreements, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote vacant spaces through campaigns, listings, and events.
• Work with facility and operations teams to ensure property readiness and smooth handover to tenants.
• Address tenant queries, complaints, and service requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare periodic reports on leasing performance, occupancy levels, and revenue status for management review.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–6 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management.
• Prior experience in commercial/retail/residential leasing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
