Entry-Level Engineer – Anti-Tamper (AT) Support, TS/SCI

(On-site)<br><strong>Clearance:</strong> TS required (SCI eligibility required)</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>Blue Sky Innovators is seeking a <strong>motivated, entry-level engineer</strong> to support the <strong>Anti-Tamper Executive Agent ( ATEA)</strong>&nbsp;within SAF/AQL.</p> <p>This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the <strong>center of Anti-Tamper efforts</strong>, supporting the protection of critical technologies across advanced defense programs. You will directly assist in reviewing industry-submitted Anti-Tamper plans and contribute to building the data infrastructure that informs senior-level decision-making.</p> <p>You will work daily with <strong>senior SMEs and leadership</strong>, gaining exposure to high-visibility programs and developing a strong foundation in <strong>program protection, acquisition, and national security technologies</strong>.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul data-start="1224" data-end="2033"> <li>Support the <strong>review and analysis of Anti-Tamper (AT) plans</strong>&nbsp;submitted by defense industry partners</li> <li>Extract and catalog <strong>technologies, methodologies, and protection measures</strong>&nbsp;from AT plans</li> <li>Develop and maintain <strong>databases and tracking tools</strong>&nbsp;to monitor:</li> <ul data-start="1496" data-end="1626"> <li>Evolution of Anti-Tamper technologies</li> <li>Research &amp; Development (R&amp;D) investments</li> <li>Program-level implementation trends</li> </ul> <li>Assist in identifying <strong>gaps, trends, and opportunities</strong>&nbsp;in Anti-Tamper approaches across programs</li> <li>Prepare <strong>briefings, summaries, and analytical products</strong> for senior SMEs and leadership</li> <li>Collaborate daily with the<strong>&nbsp;Anti-Tamper Executive Agent, Program Office personnel, and senior engineers</strong></li> <li>Support continuous improvement of <strong>data management and knowledge-sharing frameworks</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p> <ul data-start="2071" data-end="2558"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field</strong></li> <li><strong>Active TS clearance required (SCI eligibility required)</strong></li> <li>Strong analytical and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to <strong>interpret technical documentation and extract key insights</strong></li> <li>Proficiency with <strong>data management tools</strong>&nbsp;(e.g., Excel, databases, or similar platforms)</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work <strong>100% on-site at JBAB</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul data-start="2600" data-end="2985"> <li>Exposure to<strong>&nbsp;acquisition, program protection, or national security systems</strong></li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>databases, data visualization tools, or basic programming (e.g., Python, SQL)</strong></li> <li>Internship or academic experience related to <strong>defense systems, cybersecurity, or systems engineering</strong></li> <li>Interest in <strong>Anti-Tamper, export controls, or protection of critical technologies</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></p> <p>This position plays a foundational role in helping <strong>understand, track, and improve how critical technologies are protected</strong>.
