(On-site)<br><strong>Clearance:</strong>&nbsp;TS required (SCI eligibility required)</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>Blue Sky Innovators is seeking <strong>two highly experienced Anti-Tamper (AT) Subject Matter Experts</strong> to support the<strong> Anti-Tamper Executive Agent (ATEA)</strong>&nbsp;within SAF/AQL.</p> <p>This is a <strong>high-visibility, mission-critical role</strong> directly supporting senior Department of the Air Force leadership and shaping Anti-Tamper policy, strategy, and implementation.</p> <p>You will operate at the intersection of <strong>policy, engineering, and program protection</strong>, ensuring that critical technologies are safeguarded against compromise in an increasingly complex global threat environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul data-start="1172" data-end="2044"> <li>Provide <strong>program management and engineering expertise</strong> to the ATEA in support of Anti-Tamper initiatives</li> <li>Analyze and evaluate <strong>hardware systems and supporting architectures</strong>&nbsp;to ensure effective Anti-Tamper implementation, particularly in asymmetric threat environments</li> <li>Lead and support the <strong>development, review, and execution of Anti-Tamper policies, guidance, and frameworks</strong></li> <li>Advise senior leadership on <strong>programmatic and technical AT strategies</strong>, including verification and validation approaches</li> <li>Coordinate across <strong>Anti-Tamper Service Leads (ATSLs), Program Offices, and industry partners</strong>&nbsp;to ensure alignment and execution</li> <li>Represent SAF/AQL in <strong>Anti-Tamper Steering Groups (ATSGs), summits, and cross-functional engagements</strong></li> <li>Develop high-quality <strong>briefings, decision papers, and recommendations</strong> for senior stakeholders</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Work On</strong></p> <ul data-start="2081" data-end="2479"> <li>Shaping&nbsp;<strong>Anti-Tamper policy updates and frameworks</strong>&nbsp;in response to evolving threats</li> <li>Supporting <strong>exportability and program protection strategies</strong>&nbsp;for advanced systems</li> <li>Collaborating with <strong>major defense industry partners (e.g., Raytheon and others)</strong>&nbsp;on AT implementation challenges</li> <li>Driving improvements to <strong>Verification &amp; Validation (V&amp;V) processes</strong>&nbsp;for Anti-Tamper systems</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p> <ul data-start="2517" data-end="2915"> <li>Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)</li> <li><strong>Active TS clearance (SCI eligibility required)</strong></li> <li>Experience as a <strong>Pentagon staff officer or equivalent headquarters role</strong></li> <li>Strong familiarity with<strong>&nbsp;acquisition processes and Program Protection</strong></li> <li>Experience with <strong>Anti-Tamper, export controls, or Critical Program Information (CPI)</strong></li> <li>Ability to work <strong>100% on-site at JBAB</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul data-start="2957" data-end="3335"> <li>Prior experience supporting <strong>SAF/AQL or similar Air Force acquisition organizations</strong></li> <li>Background in <strong>systems engineering, advanced weapons systems, or program protection planning</strong></li> <li>Experience engaging with <strong>senior leaders and cross-service stakeholders</strong></li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate <strong>technical concepts into strategic guidance</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Why Blue Sky Innovators?</strong></p> <p>At Blue Sky, you’ll join a team of mission-driven professionals supporting some of the <strong>most critical national security challenges</strong>.
