Full Stack Developer (React, Java, Postgres/DynamoDB) Jobs

Blu Omega is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and develop innovative solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, leveraging your expertise in React, Java, and cloud-native technologies to deliver robust, secure, and user-centric web applications that make an impact.

Location: Remote

Clearance Needed: Fully Adjudicated Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance responsive UI components using React to ensure engaging user experiences.
• Build and support Java Spring Boot APIs and integrations that power the web applications.
• Package, deploy, and manage services within containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate deployments on AWS.
• Operate and maintain production systems including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-product managers, designers, and QA-to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable releases.
• Contribute to engineering best practices through code reviews, documentation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) improvements.
• Support PDF generation and handling within web applications; familiarity with ETL and batch processing is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building web applications in a professional setting.
• Active, fully adjudicated Secret clearance.
• Proven experience with React, Java Spring Boot, and relational or NoSQL databases like Postgres or DynamoDB.
• Strong SQL and database design skills.
• Experience deploying and managing containerized services in AWS, including familiarity with AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, and security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS Lambda (Node.js) and serverless design patterns.
• Familiarity with PDF generation/handling in web applications.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and batch data processing.
• Prior experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Salary Range: $100K-$140K

Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
