Responsibilities

• Provide personalized product recommendations and makeup consultations to clients
• Perform product demonstrations and makeup applications
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and clienteling
• Maintain merchandising, sampling stations, and visual presentation standards
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and assist with point-of-sale transactions

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or beauty sales experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics and skincare products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work flexible retail hours including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and operate point-of-sale systems
