Position Overview

We are hiring three AI/ML Engineers to join Bloomic's AI Lab. Together, you will research, prototype, and deploy intelligent agents that solve real problems inside clinics — from voice agents that handle patient calls, to workflow automation that reduces administrative burden on clinical staff, to communication agents that keep patients informed throughout their care journey.

This is a builder role. You will work directly with clinical and product stakeholders, get access to real healthcare data, and ship agents that go into production. You will have a high degree of ownership and the opportunity to shape how AI is applied at Bloomic from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents for fertility clinic use cases, including voice agents, communication agents, and workflow automation tools
• Integrate agents with Bloomic's EMR and patient app via APIs, ensuring safe and compliant data handling
• Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data, applying HL7/FHIR standards for interoperability
• Build and evaluate prompts, pipelines, and tools using Google Gemini, Antigravity, and Agent Development Kit (ADK), as well as Claude Code (Anthropic)
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy, safety, and real-world performance
• Collaborate with clinical and product stakeholders to validate agent outputs against actual workflows
• Document agent architecture, design decisions, and performance benchmarks

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, applied ML, or a related field
• Strong Python skills
• Experience building with Google Gemini, Antigravity, and Agent Development Kit (ADK)
• Familiarity with Claude Code (Anthropic) is a strong asset
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is a strong asset
• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is an asset, but we care more about what you've built than where you studied
