As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for driving the entire pre-onboarding, onboarding, and workforce movement engine for Chennai. Your role as the frontline operations enforcer will involve ensuring talent readiness, documentation accuracy, and deployment flow without delays. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-onboarding end-to-end including documentation, verifications, compliance, and candidate readiness.
- Execute a structured, high-quality onboarding experience with zero misses.
- Track daily workforce movements such as bench, deployments, and roll-offs, maintaining real-time visibility for leadership.
- Coordinate closely with Recruitment Ops and Workforce Strategy to accelerate hiring-to-deployment cycles.
- Drive resource allocation workflows for client assignments, extensions, and internal transitions.
- Act as the Chennai HR operations point person, handling escalations, process gaps, and candidate issues proactively.
- Maintain discipline across HR processes including inductions, attendance control, asset tracking, and documentation governance.
- Push stakeholders for faster turnarounds, ensuring timelines are met for candidates, recruiters, and managers.
