- Enter timesheets and process expense reports
- Implement inventory procedures and manage stock levels
- Coordinate vendor relations and process invoices
- Assist in proposal preparation and change order documentation
- Support health and safety compliance and reporting Requirements:
- 5 years in an administrative role within an office
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control
- Proficient in MS Office and organization skills
- Knowledge of JD Edwards or Oracle ERP systems
