Job Description
BitPixel Coders is hiring a Junior Software Developer who is a quick learner, logically strong, and responsible. The role combines backend development, frontend support, and project coordination.
The candidate will work on web development, automation workflows, and AI-driven projects, supporting senior developers and project managers.
Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and ownership mindset are more important than years of experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development
- Assist in backend development using PHP, Python, or other backend technologies.
- Work on APIs, database integration, and backend logic.
- Support development of web applications and internal tools.
Frontend Development
- Assist in frontend development using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Convert UI designs into functional components.
- Ensure responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Automation & AI Workflow Support
- Help build automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, or other automation tools.
- Support integration between APIs, databases, and applications.
- Assist in building automation pipelines and AI-driven workflows.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of PHP, Python, or any backend programming language
- Basic understanding of React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to understand project requirements quickly
- Basic understanding of APIs and databases
Preferred Skills (Plus)
- Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Knowledge of AI tools, APIs, or integrations
- Understanding of Git / version control
Candidate Profile
- 0–1 year experience or strong fresh graduate
- Quick learner with strong curiosity for technology
- Responsible and accountable for assigned work
- Strong communication and coordination ability
- Able to work with both technical teams and clients
- Comfortable learning new technologies quickly
