We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Software Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a confident sales mindset, and the ability to convert leads into customers. This role plays a key part in engaging prospects, understanding their business needs, and closing software sales through effective communication.

Responsibilities

Connect with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and online meetings to present our software solutions.
Manage inbound and outbound sales activities, build strong relationships with prospects, and convert leads into paying clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the marketing team to nurture leads generated from digital campaigns.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Provide post-sale coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Comfortable using online communication tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

1 year of experience in software sales, telemarketing, or inside sales.

Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales environments.
