Role Summary

• Develop and implement the Marketing Insights SharePoint portal using SharePoint Online and SPFx.
• Convert approved wireframes into templates, dynamic pages, and reusable components.
• Integrate external APIs, configure search/AI features, and enable analytics/metrics for business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build SharePoint Online templates, layouts, and page designs based on approved wireframes.
• Develop SPFx web parts and extensions using React/TypeScript.
• Integrate external APIs and internal data sources using REST/JSON and Microsoft Graph.
• Design information architecture, including site map, metadata, content types, and folder structure.
• Migrate content from legacy SharePoint with correct metadata mapping.
• Configure roles and access for General vs MI Team users using Azure AD groups.
• Implement moderated and non moderated workflows using Power Automate.
• Add dynamic content to pages, including cards, lists, metrics, and search driven components.
• Configure Microsoft Search—verticals, result types, synonyms, and analytics.
• Implement usage metrics and reporting, working with Power BI if needed.
• Support UAT: assist MI team with testing, defect fixes, and refinement cycles.
• Prepare solution documentation, runbooks, and operational handover materials.
• Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect for architecture and security approvals.
• Ensure accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive design across the site.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of SharePoint Online development experience.
• Strong expertise in SPFx, React, TypeScript, Fluent UI.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Graph and secure OAuth 2.0 integrations.
• Deep understanding of SharePoint permissions, Azure AD groups, and page level access.
• Experience with Power Automate workflows for approvals and notifications.
• Strong information architecture and metadata design capability.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Search configuration, KQL, and search analytics.
• Proficiency with PnP.js and PnP.PowerShell for provisioning and migration.
• Familiarity with UX/UI wireframes and translating them into functional components.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with segment leaders and product owners.
