*Role Overview:*

We are looking for a dynamic, street-smart individual who can build and scale affiliate networks across apartments, colleges, schools, and IT parks. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys on-ground execution, partnerships, and community building.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Build and manage affiliate networks across apartments, colleges, IT parks, and local communities
• Identify and onboard community leaders, influencers, and partners
• Plan and execute on-ground activations, events, and product awareness campaigns
• Drive sales through affiliate channels and community engagement
• Collaborate with marketing for branding, campaigns, and promotions
• Track performance of affiliates and optimize for growth

*What We’re Looking For:*

• 2–5 years of experience in community building, field marketing, partnerships, or activations
• Strong network in Bangalore (apartments, colleges, RWAs, etc.) is a big plus
• Hustler mindset – someone who can “get things done” on-ground
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in FMCG, D2C, ed-tech, or event activations preferred

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
