Senior Manager Commercial Operations, FTC - Toronto

Lead commercial advancements as a Senior Manager in Operations at Regeneron, Toronto. Your role will focus on ensuring seamless communication and compliance across diverse teams.

In this 12-month fixed-term capacity, you will spearhead key operational efforts, including managing promotional material alignment and field communication strategies. Collaborating effectively across Analytics, Marketing Ops, and HR will be essential. Your proactive approach in identifying issues and providing strategic solutions will drive success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute field targeting and compensation analyses
• Coordinate promotional material updates and compliance
• Manage Sales Updates and field communications approval
• Facilitate meetings and sponsorship coordination with Events
• Oversee onboarding processes with HR and collaborators

Requirements

• More than 5 years in Commercial Operations, pharma/biotech
• Knowledge of Canadian commercial regulations and dynamics
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Veeva platforms
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently
