LOCATION: Reston, VA. This is a flexible hybrid role (2x/week in-office). Candidates should either reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Reston, VA (preferred) or be willing to relocate to the area within the USA before joining (with company support). Reston is an ideal location for IT professionals, offering a master-planned community that emphasizes work-life balance, nature, parks, lakes, trails, excellent schools, a walkable town center with shops, restaurants, and entertainment, as well as easy access to the Metro Silver Line for commuting to D.C.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
- Lead the design of the ServiceNow platform to align with business goals and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to develop and implement innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
- Define platform roadmaps for scalability, stability, and compliance.
- Manage platform upgrades and maintain application optimization and security standards.
- Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and training for ServiceNow engineers.
- Stay current with ServiceNow trends and best practices to enhance platform performance.
IDEAL PROFILE:
- 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, ITOM, SecOps, and GRC.
- Experience leading technical teams on large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in scripting languages and integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
CERTIFICATIONS: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, ITIL, Certified Technical Architect.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred.
WORK AUTHORIZATION: US Citizen/Green Card holder only.
Salary: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00
