Assistant Demand Planner

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain accurate demand plans to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in the supply chain and implement changes accordingly.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to forecast future demand and adjust planning accordingly.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, lead times, and inventory turnover to optimize inventory management.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in demand planning or a related field within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of demand analysis, forecasting techniques, and ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in using software tools for demand planning such as SAP APO or similar systems.
