As a BIG Managing Partner, you'll have the freedom to build and lead your own branch, backed by the full weight of a national brokerage - award‑winning technology, exclusive market access, a dedicated support team, and proven systems designed to help you grow. As a Managing Partner, you're the owner‑operator of your BIG branch. You lead your team, grow your book of business, and build something that's genuinely yours – with the infrastructure of a national brokerage working behind you every step of the way.

  • Build your branch: Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of brokers in your market, setting the culture and pace for your operation.
  • Drive new business: Develop and execute strategies to grow your client base through referral networks, community relationships, digital outreach, and your team's sales activity.
  • Leverage exclusive market access: Offer your clients more options with access to 40+ insurance providers across personal, commercial, life, and travel lines.
  • Use best‑in‑class tools: Operate with BIG's proprietary AI‑driven underwriting and analytics platform – purpose‑built to make quoting faster, smarter, and more competitive.

Qualifications

  • Active RIBO license (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) in good standing or willing to convert your OTL.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales.
