- Leverage exclusive market access: Offer your clients more options with access to 40+ insurance providers across personal, commercial, life, and travel lines.
- Use best‑in‑class tools: Operate with BIG's proprietary AI‑driven underwriting and analytics platform – purpose‑built to make quoting faster, smarter, and more competitive.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience: Collaborate with BIG's service, underwriting, and account management teams so your clients are supported throughout their entire policy lifecycle.
- Own your financials: Manage your branch's performance, track key metrics, and drive profitability with the support of BIG's operational and financial frameworks.
- Represent the brand: Build your reputation in your community as a trusted, client‑first insurance leader backed by one of Canada's fastest‑growing brokerages.
- Grow your team: Attract and develop talented brokers, creating a high‑performance environment where people want to work and succeed.
- Stay ahead of the industry: Participate in BIG's ongoing training programs through BIG U and stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and compliance standards.
- Connect with the network: Tap into the collective knowledge of 80+ Managing Partners and the full BIG Head Office leadership team – because you're independent, but never alone.
