Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Technician, located in Jaipur. The Desktop Support Technician will manage and resolve technical issues related to desktop computers, printers, and other IT hardware. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware/software issues, performing computer repairs, and providing technical support to end users to ensure smooth operational workflow.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting desktop computers, including hardware and software issues.
• Strong skills in Technical Support and Printer Support to assist users and resolve device-related problems.
• Experience in diagnosing and fixing computer and peripheral equipment issues.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certification are an advantage.
