Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Growth Manager Events & Partnerships with 2 to 5 years of experience to scale our event acquisition pipeline through on-ground activities, partnerships, and direct sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building relationships with event organizers and managing field marketing teams.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Scale our event acquisition pipeline through on-ground activities, partnerships, and direct sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with event organizers to drive business growth.
  • Manage field marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase event revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in events and partnerships management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the events industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing field marketing teams and driving sales growth.
