About the Job – As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our events. This role involves engaging with potential clients, building strong business relationships, and persuading them to participate in or sponsor our events.

Shift timings: Night Shift from 5:00pm to 2:00pm

Key roles & responsibilitiShift Timings: es:

• Drive revenue growth by selling corporate training programs and business insight solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings.
• Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, L&D Heads, and senior decision-makers across industries.
• Understand client training needs and recommend customized learning solutions aligned with business goals and industry trends.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal presentation, negotiation, to deal closure.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and events teams to position training offerings effectively.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using google sheet tools.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business insights to strengthen sales pitches.
• Work actively to achieve individual and team sales targets by tracking progress, guiding the team, and taking necessary actions to improve results when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
